LN-200TV 200-Ton Vacuum Auto-Feed & Mold-Open Compression Press

1. Product Positioning
The LN-200TV is a four-column down-acting compression molding press rated at 200 tons. It integrates vacuum degassing, servo pressure regulation, and automatic mold opening/feeding in one machine. Change molds in 3 minutes and continuously produce bubble-free, high-precision rubber parts.

  1. 2000 kN Servo Locking Force
    Yaskawa servo pump + precision pressure sensor, stepless 0–20 MPa regulation, pressure fluctuation ≤ ±0.3 bar.
  2. Vacuum Degassing System
    Built-in vacuum chamber + Germany Busch pump, reaches ‑0.095 MPa within 30 s; programmable vacuum, cure & degas stages.
  3. Auto Feed & Mold Opening
    Servo slide table ±0.1 mm positioning; automatic part ejection and robot pick-up enable lights-out production.
  4. Precision Temperature Control
    500 × 500 mm mirror-chrome platens, zone PID control, uniformity ≤ ±1 °C; 25–250 °C (350 °C option).
  5. Smart HMI
    10″ touch screen, 200 recipe storage; optional MES interface for real-time OEE, energy & status upload.
