The flipping device is composed of a traction roller, a pressure roller, a swinging device, a cylinder, and a transmission part. The pressure roller is located above the traction roller, and cylinders are installed at the lower ends of the pressure rollers on both sides of the flipping frame. The swinging device evenly guides the rubber material into the traction roller.
