Process flow of single screw extrusion granulator

Internal mixer → Automatic elevator → Double cone feeder → Single screw extrusion granulator → Drop type air-cooled die surface hot cutting granulator auxiliary machine → First stage cyclone separator → Second stage cyclone separator → Third stage cyclone separator → Taiwan through Pu vibrating distribution screen → Finished granular material storage cylinder.

Characteristics of Single Screw Extrusion Granulator

1. Main technical personnel, drawings from Taiwan, Japan and other regions

2. It has control functions such as whole unit process interlocking, sound and light fault alarm, and quick locking of fault points. All materials in contact with the unit are made of stainless steel, with attention to detail, completeness, reliability, energy saving, and durability.

3. The accuracy of the temperature control system ensures the sensitivity of materials to temperature.

4. Adopting the latest technology of free falling particle hood to solve the problem of particle agglomeration and cooling state, while maintaining minimal particle agglomeration.

5. The feeding system of the extruder adopts a heater and a reversing device combined with the main screw reversing device to solve the problems of power outage, material jamming, and color cleaning.

6. In particular, foreign technology is used to ensure and control the danger of personnel caused by the uncontrolled pressure of the material cylinder and mold head, which may cause the mold head to burst.

7. The lifting feeder adopts automatic return to ensure that it is in place when the mixing machine flips and pours materials.

8. The horizontal storage drum adopts a manual feeding card to control and coordinate the required amount of process pellets, and is equipped with a conveying fan.
