Characteristics of Cold Feed Extruder

1. The unique screw design and high compression ratio enable the rubber material to be fully plasticized.
   

2. The front of the screw is equipped with a filter plate, which greatly improves the uniformity and flowability of the rubber material, and reduces impurities in the rubber material.

3. The screw has a wide speed range and adopts variable frequency speed regulation, suitable for extruding products of various sizes.

4. The screw adopts a floating design, which can facilitate the removal and cleaning of materials, and is suitable for production that frequently changes the color of products.

5. The feeding section is equipped with a twin-screw forced feeding hopper, which is suitable for feeding softer materials and has good stability.

6. The extruder has a unique structure and can also be designed to produce various forms such as extrusion lines and two-color rubber hoses.
