Unwinding part: Four sets of substrate unwinding mechanisms can simultaneously complete the up and down winding of PET film, with multiple combinations of unwinding functions such as adding glass fiber cloth and thick size edges in the middle, to meet the different needs of customers.

Molding part: The coating and rolling combination design can meet the molding requirements of different viscosity formulas, and can efficiently produce from liquid like water to semi-solid like mud.

Sulfurization section: The tunnel type vulcanization box is equipped with high-temperature resistant PTFE belts, stainless steel electric heating tubes or far-infrared quartz heating tubes, and a multi-stage combination design to meet customers' various usage conditions. The quality insulation design meets customers' different process needs.

Cutting section: A professionally designed multifunctional slicer that completes various functions from peeling, bonding, trimming, to slicing or winding, saving space, reducing labor and turnover, and reducing yield.

Control System: A fully digital control system that displays all adjustable data such as tension, clearance, speed, and quantity in digital format, facilitating the establishment of SOP standardization and relying on the experience of operators.

Raw material mixer: A dual planetary power mixer is used to efficiently disperse and mix liquid silicone gel, thermal powder, and other raw materials for products such as thermal conductive silicone pads, and vacuum treat them.

Raw material feeding machine: Adopting an oil pressure automatic pressing machine, it effectively avoids quality defects such as bubbles caused by manual feeding, saves manpower, and shortens loading and unloading time.

Roller heating system: using an aluminum plate heating table and an automatic roller heating system, specifically designed for preheating phase changing thermal conductive materials and heating requirements for material forming during the production process.

X-Y slicer: According to the customer's delivery size requirements, an X-Y type half cut/full cut slicer is configured to achieve cutting of any combination size of X-Y for customers. The minimum slicing size is 2 * 2mm.
