This production line is a highly efficient production line developed by our company for special types and special purposes of rubber, integrating mixing, extrusion, rolling, vulcanization, winding/cutting into one.

Unwinding part: Four sets of substrate unwinding mechanisms can simultaneously complete the unwinding of PET film/PTFE cloth, with multiple combinations of unwinding functions such as adding glass fiber cloth and thick size edges in the middle, to meet the different needs of customers.

Molding part: The extruder pre molding method effectively eliminates the problems of subsequent bubbles and impurities.

Sulfurization section: The tunnel type vulcanization box is equipped with high-temperature resistant PTFE belts, stainless steel electric heating tubes or far-infrared quartz heating tubes, and a multi-stage combination design to meet customers' various usage conditions. The excellent insulation design meets customers' different process needs.

Cutting section: A professionally designed multifunctional slicer that completes various functions from peeling, bonding, trimming, to slicing or winding, saving space, reducing labor and turnover, and reducing yield.

Control System: A fully digital control system that displays all adjustable data such as tension, clearance, speed, and quantity in digital format, facilitating the establishment of SOP standardization and relying on the experience of operators.

Option

Isolation agent addition device: For the problem of re adhesion after winding, isolation agents, talc powder, etc. can be added after vulcanization.

Forced feeding machine: Continuous and uninterrupted feeding to ensure that the extrusion die does not produce horizontal stripes and prevent dead materials.

Flip bucket elevator: For workshops without platforms, it is responsible for transporting the material from the mixer to the feeder, saving labor and achieving high intelligence.

X-Y slicer: According to the customer's delivery size requirements, an X-Y type half cut/full cut slicer is configured to achieve cutting of any combination size of X-Y for customers. The minimum slicing size is 2 * 2mm.
