Introduction to the production line of water cutting granulator

1. Unit purpose: specifically designed for EVA water granulation;

2. Unit output is approximately 350-400/h (specific output depends on the user's formula, process, and physical properties);

3. Water requirements: Industrial soft water (deionized water) supply temperature ≤ 30 ℃, circulating water supply pressure:~0.40MPa;

4. Ground bearing requirements: The unit can be placed horizontally on a load-bearing ground (standard ground: 15CM thick hard high-quality concrete).

Basic characteristics of water cutting granulator production line

1. The barrel and screw are both integral structures made of high-quality nitride steel (38CrMoA1) and coated with hard chromium on the surface Nitriding HV950-1050 treatment, with a depth of 0.6-0.75mm and brittleness not exceeding level 11 The thread of the screw is designed for rubber extrusion and is hollow with water cooling. It has extremely low thermal deformation, high precision, large torque, and good wear resistance and corrosion resistance under high temperature and high pressure;

2. Both the barrel and screw are equipped with cooling devices, which are directly connected to the cooling system. Electromagnetic valves are connected in series to the barrel and each section of the machine in the cooling system. When the measured temperature exceeds the set value, the solenoid valve is quickly turned on to stop the water supply. At the same time, the corresponding heating circuit is connected to raise the temperature to the set value. This job is executed alternately, controlling the working temperature of each section within a small range of<1-3 ° C>. Its temperature control is accurate, the response is fast, and it can quickly reduce the working temperature in case of local overheating, effectively preventing color difference in finished particles;

3. The mold head adopts a manual screen changing device, and the honeycomb filter plate is easy to clean and quickly change the screen, and the mold head is not prone to material leakage.
