What is polymer material?

Divided by characteristics into rubber, fiber, plastic, polymer adhesive, polymer coating, and polymer based composite materials;

1. Rubber is a type of linear flexible polymer. Its molecular chain has low intermolecular valence force, good flexibility, and can undergo significant deformation under external forces. After removing external forces, it can quickly return to its original state. There are two types: natural rubber and synthetic rubber;

2. Polymer fibers are divided into natural fibers and chemical fibers. The former refers to silk, cotton, hemp, wool, etc. The latter is made from natural or synthetic polymers through spinning and post-treatment. Fibers have high secondary valence, low deformability, and high modulus, and are generally crystalline polymers;

3. Plastic is mainly composed of synthetic resins or chemically modified natural polymers, with fillers, plasticizers, and other additives added. Its intermolecular sub valence force, modulus, and deformation are between rubber and fiber. Generally classified into thermosetting plastics and thermoplastic plastics based on the characteristics of synthetic resins; Divided into general plastics and engineering plastics according to their purposes;

4. Polymer adhesive is an adhesive material mainly composed of synthetic natural polymer compounds. It is divided into two types: natural and synthetic adhesives. The most commonly used is synthetic adhesives;

5. Polymer coatings are mainly made of polymers as film-forming substances, with the addition of solvents and various additives. According to different film-forming substances, it can be divided into oil-based coatings, natural resin coatings, and synthetic resin coatings;

6. Polymer based composite materials are a type of composite material made by adding various reinforcing materials to polymer compounds as the matrix. It combines the performance characteristics of the original materials and can be fed according to the needs.

Technical characteristics of polymer material granulator

Upstage twin-screw extruder

1. Feeding system single screw or twin-screw feeding, stainless steel hopper, imported frequency converter from Japan;

2. Drive system: Z4 DC motor, equipped with imported Eurotherm speed regulator from the UK, or AC variable frequency speed regulation motor can be used according to user requirements;

3. Couplings: Direct transmission helps improve power transmission coefficient;

4. Transmission system: Hard toothed gear transmission, integrating transmission and reduction, imported SKF bearings, imported oil seals, and forced lubrication of gears;

5. Squeezing system: The length to diameter ratio of the screw is 28-56, the maximum speed of the screw is 500rpm, the material of the screw element is high-quality alloy steel W6Mo5Cr4V2, the surface hardness after heat treatment is HRC58-60, the material of the barrel liner is α 101, the surface hardness is HRC60-64, and the threaded element is connected to the core shaft using advanced involute splines;

6. The temperature control system is equipped with cast copper and cast aluminum heaters located at different positions on the cylinder body as needed, a fully stainless steel soft water cooling system, and imported solenoid valves;

7. Vacuum system: exhaust and vacuum ports are opened according to the process, with a vacuum degree of -0.04-0.08Mpa, made entirely of stainless steel;

8. Rack system: Steel welded integral rack, easy for users to install. Stainless steel casing.

1. Drive system AC motor, variable frequency speed regulation;

2. Coupling motor direct transmission helps to improve power transmission coefficient;

3. Hard toothed gear transmission for reduction system, imported bearings, imported oil seals, and forced lubrication of gears;

4. The length to diameter ratio of the screw in the extrusion system is 8:12. The material of the screw and barrel is high-quality nitride steel 38CrMoAIA, which has undergone nitriding treatment with a nitride layer thickness of 0.5-0.7mm. It is brittle and has a surface hardness of HV950-1050. The screw core is water-cooled;

5. Temperature control system cast aluminum heater, air-cooled or water-cooled;

6. The overall steel welded frame of the rack system has a stainless steel outer cover and a built-in insulation layer;

7. Install hydraulic or manual screen changing system as needed for the screen changing system.

If the supplier needs to send personnel, they shall be responsible for on-site maintenance within 72 hours domestically, and arrive in the Pearl River Delta within 24 hours (excluding travel time, which may be determined by the visa or the safety situation in the trading country and the foreign party separately).
