1. Lina biodegradable masterbatch single screw granulator. The screw is designed and manufactured based on the principle of building blocks. Production process of biodegradable masterbatch granulator

Mixing machine - lifting machine - cone double feeding machine - single screw granulator - counter blowing hot cutting machine head - first stage cyclone separator - second stage cyclone separator - extended air-cooled vibrating screen - finished product bin.
The bulk material of the internal mixer is lifted and enters the double arm feeding port, where it is extruded, pelletized, cooled, screened, and the terminal material bin is fully automated in a continuous flow operation. After material mixing, it can be forced into a single screw, and the full name of the screw is dispersed without excessive frictional heat, with excellent dispersion effect.

The overall performance of the biodegradable masterbatch granulator is high efficiency and energy-saving. During normal use, the power consumption is 60% of the entire machine.
