2. The mixing, feeding, and extrusion sections can be heated using electric heating, steam heating, or hot oil circulation heating technology according to the customer's choice, based on their temperature control requirements;

3. The mixer adopts the technology of "four sided synchronous wear-resistant mixing chamber", which has high efficiency, low energy consumption, sufficient plasticization, and uniform dispersion;

4. The feeding device adopts the technology of our company's "conical twin-screw feeding device", which can assist in the mixing of mixed materials and forcibly feed the single screw extruder to improve granulation efficiency and quality;

5. Both the double cone screw and single screw are driven by AC frequency conversion technology, which can adapt to various process technology requirements;

6. The front of the machine head adopts a hydraulic quick screen changing device, which saves time, effort, and is environmentally friendly;

7. The granulator adopts a rotary blade and a fine adjustment device for air-cooled hot cutting of granules;

8. The cooling of granular materials adopts cyclone separator transportation and drum type cooling machine or disc type vibrating screen;

9. The electronic control system adopts PLC, visual interface and frequency conversion technology to achieve full automation control.
