Technical characteristics of high-temperature material granulator

1. This production line integrates mixing, conveying, feeding, and extruding materials. Realize automated continuous setting, high production efficiency, and good plasticizing and mixing effects. Compact structure, small footprint and space, suitable for flat installation. Mixing, feeding, and extrusion machines have their own heating and cooling systems;

2. Segmented closed-loop temperature control is implemented in the production process. According to the process requirements, the ability to control the temperature and feed is strong. Specially suitable for extruding bulk materials directly mixed by internal mixers;

3. The feeding mechanism adopts a propeller double turn type. Nitriding treatment;

4. The barrel screws are made of high-quality alloy steel 38CrMOA LA. High hardness, wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant Improve production efficiency;

5. The machine head adopts manual screen changing or fast non-stop automatic screen changing mechanism. Composed of multiple frequency converters;

6. The electronic control system adopts advanced PLC control technology. Process flow of high-temperature material granulator

1. Internal mixer: used for mixing, stirring, and pre forming granulation raw materials, with the purpose of thoroughly mixing the main and small materials evenly and plasticizing them into clusters;

2. Bucket feeder: used to transport the agglomerated rubber material mixed and plasticized by the mixer to the double arm feeder. Its main function is to feed the material to the single screw granulator;

3. Modified granulator: It is a granulation host that functions to disperse and push the mixed rubber material from the internal mixer to the cutting die for granulation after secondary dispersion. Due to the need to ensure the temperature of the rubber material during the pushing process, it is generally equipped with five temperature control zones to adjust the temperature of the rubber material and coordinate with the granulator for granulation and forming;

4. Granulator: connected to the die head of a single screw extruder, the high-speed rotating pelletizing blade driven by a motor is tightly attached to the die head for pelletizing. The cutter speed is adjustable and is used in conjunction with a variable frequency extruder to control the shape and yield of particles;

5. Cooling drum: The cooling drum is connected to the material receiving groove of the granulator through a transparent plastic pipe, and is pushed into the cooling drum by a strong fan. The wall of the cooling drum is designed as a jacket type that can be filled with water to reduce the temperature of the rubber material, and then sent into the vibrating screen through a transparent rubber hose connected to the strong fan;

6. Air cooled screening bed: The main function of the air cooled screening bed is to cool the rubber material again. After being cooled once by the cooling bucket, it is sent to the screening bed for secondary cooling by a strong fan. The cooling system of the screening bed is air-cooled, consisting of 6-8 small fans suspended above the screening bed;

7. Storage bucket: Its main function is to store plastic particles that have been granulated by the granulator and cooled by the granulator cooling system.

Advantage A: Extremely low thermal deformation, high precision, large torque, good wear resistance and corrosion resistance under high temperature and high pressure;

Advantage B: Both the barrel and the screw are equipped with cooling devices, which are directly connected to the cooling system. Electromagnetic valves are connected in series in each section of the barrel and the machine in the cooling system. When the measured temperature exceeds the set value, the electromagnetic valves are quickly turned on to stop the water supply, and the corresponding heating circuit is connected to raise the temperature to the set value. This job is executed alternately, controlling the working temperature of each section within a small range of<1-3 ° C>. Its temperature control is accurate, the response is fast, and it can quickly reduce the working temperature in case of local overheating, effectively preventing color difference in finished particles;

Advantage C: The mold head adopts a manual (automatic) screen changing device, and the honeycomb filter plate is easy to clean and quickly change the screen, and the mold head is not prone to material leakage.
