It is also suitable for processing recycled waste materials such as industrial packaging film, agricultural plastic film, greenhouse film, beer bags, handbags, etc., woven bags, agricultural convenience bags, pots, buckets, beverage bottles, furniture, daily necessities, etc.

Characteristics of water drawn plastic granulator

The Lina granulator has a single/twin screw extruder barrel, and the water bar granulator screw is designed and manufactured using the building block principle. The water bar granulator can achieve multifunctionality. The water bar granulator fully utilizes limited space to design a new involute spline structure core shaft. The water bar granulator can ensure greater load-bearing capacity and achieve high torque transmission. The plastic granulator has excellent self-cleaning function and good interchangeability in plasticizing, shearing, dispersing, homogenizing, venting, and pressure building, realizing the process of processing polymer materials.

Plastic granulators can be divided into three forms: single screw and screw, as well as two-stage mother and child machines. Depending on the different combinations of rubber materials, high mixers or crushers are used to pre process the materials, which are then extruded by screw machines and cooled by 8-12 meters of automatic circulating water tanks for cutting.
