The secondary dust-proof mixer is a new type of mixer product from Lina. It has the highest dust-proof level among similar models in China. Through the secondary dust-proof design, it improves the harm of dust and odor generated by ordinary mixers during mixing to human health and environmental pollution in the workshop, significantly reducing dust pollution and odors in the workshop or laboratory.


Characteristics of secondary dust-proof mixing machine

1. Dust prevention upgrade can effectively control dust flying;

2. The mixing chamber adopts the "M-W" pressurized type, equipped with heating or cooling devices. The middle tank is cast from imported alloy steel such as CrMnMo, and the surface is treated with wear-resistant steel and electroplated with hard chromium. The side walls are welded and processed from 45 # carbon steel plate. Hard chrome plating, thickness 0.12~0.18mm, hardness HV950~1050;

2、Adopting the "M-W" pressurization method to ensure uniform mixing and physical property changes of the materials achieve the ideal effect of year-on-year mixing, and fully perform the "X" curve movement of the formula materials. The overall wear-resistant treatment is sturdy and has excellent wear resistance, which further improves the service life and is 1-2 times longer than traditional methods;

3. The rotor blades adopt an angular design, with a hollow axis and blades that can be cooled by water;

4. The rotor shaft is made of imported alloy steel such as CrMo, which has been forged, heat-treated, and quenched and tempered. After 72 hours of deep quenching, the thickness is 0.12~0.18mm, and its hardness is HV950~1050, ensuring high hardness, high load-bearing capacity, strong torque, continuous shaft, and smooth transmission of the rotor shaft;

The rotor blades are made of imported alloy steel such as CrMo through welding, high-precision polishing, carburizing, and hard chrome plating on the surface to ensure wear resistance and durability It is specifically designed for materials with high filling color masterbatch, metal iron powder or magnetic powder materials that have extremely strong wear resistance during mixing;

6. The rotor blades adopt an angular design, which can fully shear the material to meet the physical property requirements. The material leaves no dead corners in the mixing chamber, achieving the ideal mixing and dispersion effect

7. The rotor cooling system adopts a forced circulation cooling system, which has a significant cooling effect;

8. The anti leakage mixing shaft adopts a dry mechanical shaft seal, which makes cleaning and color change simple and environmentally friendly. The mixing speed is about 1/3 faster than the previous year, and about 3 times faster than traditional roller machines. In terms of design structure, it is actually an ideal rubber and plastic industrial internal mixer rotor in the industry;

9. The design of the rotor blades combined with the structure of the mixing chamber ensures that there are no dead corners in the mixing chamber for mixing, shearing, squeezing, and kneading, resulting in the ideal dispersion effect of the material.
