The vacuum mixing machine includes a frame, mixing chamber, pressing device, mixing device, and vacuum extraction device. 1. The manufacturing process of rotor blades: welding imported alloy steel, high-precision polishing, carburizing, and surface treatment with high-end wear-resistant materials to ensure wear resistance and durability;

2. Material: The rotor shaft is treated with 38CrMoALA nitride HV950-1050, with a depth of 0.6-0.75mm and brittleness not exceeding level 11, to ensure high hardness, high load-bearing capacity, strong torque, continuous shaft, and smooth transmission of the rotor shaft;

3. The reverse gear and gear shaft are made of alloy copper and wrapped with a secondary arc, which not only has a long service life but also provides interlocking protection for the mixing chamber;

4. The reverse gear reducer adopts a new type of planetary gear, which can save more than 1/4 of the volume and weight compared to other specifications of reducers. Each gear is heat-treated and ground to reduce friction loss during operation, and the same load in different directions cannot be achieved by traditional gearboxes;
